Business Transformation

Responsible between October 2001 thru March 2003 for the advancement of processes to ensure synchronization, integration, and organizational progress of the logistics imperatives of the Army Transformation Campaign Plan. Provided coordination management for the lines of operation of Deploying and Sustaining, Joint and Army Strategy and Concepts, Army Doctrine, and Operational Force Design. Assisted in the monitoring of senior-level discussions, synthesizing observations, directives, and policy. Expanded business action plans to achieve measurable metrics and meet established implementation timelines.

Provided executive leadership, and program management, and developed and evaluated key performance indicators (KPIs), investment analysis, and sequencing of the growth of capabilities and components of a $24 billion (USD) logistics transformation within a $90 billion (USD) global business enterprise.
